Forgive me for watching this movie, but it was a long trans-Atlantic flight :-P Very disappointing performance from Dwayne Johnson as his character in this movie was exactly the same as in all his other movies. The kids were OK, but not convincing, and the script was below-par. I guess for kids it would be a pretty fun movie-experience, but if you’re over the age of about 12, this movie is easily skippable.
Pretty disappointing as an (I’m assuming) sequal to the original “Escape to Witch Mountain” which I remember as being pretty good. Then again, I watched “Escape to Witch Mountain” when I was much younger, so maybe that one is only “OK” also.
